We call single item inspection sorting. When only go-no-go
inspection is required sorting comes to effect. At the end
of sorting only numbers of good parts are included in the
report, hence it is a cost effective solution. Sorting is
conducted on finished products, components, subassemblies
or reworks. ISO operating procedures are used in every sorting project.
Non-conforming parts are contained, data is collected
(only good quantity), and daily reports generated (#
inspected Vs Good parts, no graph or I-charts are
generated).
