CSQR thrives on customizing its services for each and every client. Our Layered audit on these customized processes ensures that everyone in our CSQR team adheres to “what we say” Vs “what we do”. Being in quality assurance field we understand that we need to check our service operation from time to time to assure customer quality satisfaction.

  • CSQR has a strict hiring policy and new employee orientation with extensive background checks no matter how hard it is for us. We have following qualities in our employees:

:: Our strict hiring procedure ensures quality.

  • All CSQR employees have to go through New Employee Orientation (NEO) Process where periodic testing ensures quality of training.

:: On going Coaching, Facilitation & Training of our CSQR Team

  • CSQR internal training procedure covers the provision of internal workshops, monthly team meetings, in-house presentations, technical mentoring, and practical instruction. During internal workshops our managers get 360 degree feedback on external operation from our team member which are monitored and implemented (BOS changes) if value add.

:: CSQR Internal Audits

  • We conduct internal audits to meet external certification/accreditation requirements (ISO 9000). Internal quality management system and procedure audits are undertaken by our own service quality team. Our external audit team conducts internal audit to have a separate set of eyes on our system.

:: CSQR – Customer Site Layered Audit

  • We conduct extensive layered audit on ourselves to ensure service quality. So don’t be surprised if you see our project manager working, in the middle of the night, with our team in client’s facilities during layered audits.

:: CSQR Business Operating System (CSQR-BOS) Reviews

This is a much wider review process which encompasses a variety of opportunities to continuously improve ourselves and to offer our services and experience in much more effectively. Assignments may range from a simple critique of a process up to full organizational review. Topics may include technical methods, business systems, market readiness, policy development, or strict service standards with day to day, month to month layered audit changes.
