Our Clients customer demand for lower costs resulted in transferring high-volume manufacturing from North America to lower cost geographies. The operating model for North America would be largely high-mix, low-volume (HMLV) manufacturing and system assembly. At CSQR’s client facility, this new operating model meant the site would have to manufacture more products overseas to successfully accommodate new product volumes and complexity and deliver value to customers. This enables a client to ship goods in bulk to a CSQR Warehousing facility where the parts are inspected, assembled, kitted, repacked, staged, sequenced and shuttled to the assembly facility location to meet the just-in-time needs.

:: Kitting / Staging

Kitting involves converting larger, unmanageable quantities into smaller, more manageable quantities or may possibly involve the process of assembling small "components" that will eventually be part of a larger "component". CSQR can handle your kitting / staging needs by freeing up congestion on your delivery line site and by providing ease of use at the point of consumption. CSQR provides careful coordination of order management, manufacturing, and distribution to provide our customers with mass-manufactured products that are made to their exact specifications. We can help you to enhance your product by creating more value and selection and in the long run, reduce your inventory levels, liability, and supplier base!   CSQR supports this process utilizing its error proofing (poka-yoke) systems to ensure that the right parts are placed into the right kits 100% of the time.

:: Repacking

CSQR can help with your repacking needs. Repacking can involve the disassembly and/or reconfiguration of a product into a new packaging alternative or require shrink wrapped pallets for shipments. We can handle your “pass-thru” part / items repackaged according to your OEM / Tier packaging requirements.
