Inspection process includes multiple item inspection per
person. At the minimum, kick-off meetings with customers
or suppliers are conducted to establish the inspection
protocol, standardized work instructions are created,
traceability for our inspections are established with
customers and time studies are conducted to ensure value
add service. At the end of inspection detailed report
including I-charts are completed, as per kick-off meeting
and sent to the customer or supplier.
Our high calibre, trained professionals will provide
accurate data collection and report to track all
non-conformity for our clients. Our inspectors have the
proper equipment to ensure and maintain consistent
procedures for the duration of each project.

product/components/subassembly at different stages of the
production line. This is carried out when the product is
in current production. Process Inspection is customer
mandated and focuses on specific objectives:
-
Verify
the execution of Corrective Action Report (CAR) by the
Supplier Production Team.

Product
and component quality inspection before assembly.
-
Inspect
and detect poor quality linkages at different production
stations.
-
Identify
supplier production weaknesses in the production system
that leads to defects.
-
Find
the root causes of production defects detected during
final inspection.
Process inspection can be used by the customer with the
objective of reducing on-going 100% inspection of all
production lots.
